How to best differentiate who we are and what we're looking for? The same way we do it every day, competing for and winning work from bigger, bolder, (dare I say, more brash?) competitors. We're located in Indianapolis. (That's different.) We're not very big, but we're very good. (That's interesting.) But what truly makes us stand out are the people who work here, the passion for doing things well and correctly, and the kick we get out of helping our clients succeed. (That's us.)
"Indianapolis?" you ask. "Yes," we answer, "Indianapolis." Come join us, help us grow, and stake your claim on a future of your own making.
Our current growth rate has us looking for help. We need a web/database developer that loves the LAMP environment, especially the PHP/MySQL stuff. We need someone who understands good interface design, can get their hands dirty with AJAX, can work intimately with CSS. We want someone who eschews the corporate life and would rather make a life than merely earn a living.
If you know Flash, it's a bonus. If you have a desire to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond, the Midwest is calling. If you can play golf, we need a fourth. If you can do all those things and speak well and think on your feet, you're exactly who we want.
So you're fresh out of school or maybe still working toward it and you know HTML, you completely comprehend CSS, and you appreciate great design when you see it. You have dreams of one day being a complete web development guru, so now you're looking for someone to take you in, provide you the space and freedom to learn without giving you enough rope to hang yourself. Heck, we'll even pay you and give you a great cool culture in which to thrive.
Think of it as a mentorship program where we can work together to make both our lives more rewarding and productive. Have you got it? We want it.
